iSi Graphite Silicone Scraper Spatula

This scraper spatula by iSi will quickly become a tool you can’t live without. By using the spring steel on the interior and encapsulating it with silicone iSi has managed to make the edge much thinner than other silicone utensils allow it to easily slide under food while remaining flexible and strong. The contoured finger grip allows maximum leverage while scraping and the flat edge scrapes sticky dough from boards and counter tops. The scraper is heat resistant to 600 degrees, won’t scratch non-stick surfaces, and is hygienic and dishwasher safe.
