Scanpan Classic 11 Inch Grill Pan

Grill tender meats and flavorful vegetables courtesy of the Classic grill pan from Scanpan. This pan, made of recycled cast aluminum, is the choice pan for perfect sizzling steaks. Because the grill pan is square, there’s actually room for more steaks on there. You might of course also use the extra space for veggies and feel like you’re on a health food crusade, especially as the pan’s ripples call for the use of much less oil. The bottom of the pan has raised grooves that allow grease and fats to drain without resaturating the food. And because the pan has a nonstick coating, food slides off it seamlessly without having to scrape or pull at it.
