Our fine cutting blocks show off a maple edge grain built with our unique finger-jointed craftsmanship. Finished with a NSF certified food-safe mix of natural white mineral oil & beeswax applied in shop. Thus offering the best in quality, strength, durability and appearance. Featuring a reversible wood cutting board providing two flat surfaces, the block works for a variety of food-prep tasks, whether cutting meat, poultry, fish or veggies. Each block is TRIMMABLE both width and depth when necessary. A Butcher Block & Cutting Board Care Guide is included with every order.
